PowerPoint Presentation Creation:
How to conduct a Face-to-Face Training Session Using PowerPoint
This powerpoint presentation was developed using Qbuild's existing powerpoint template to give employees a good understanding of how to use PowerPoint as a tool to conduct a Face-to-Face training session.
This Face-to-Face training template was used by QBuild staff to conduct face-to-face lessons as part of the annual apprentice and tradesperson induction within QBuild.

The intent was to ensure that all Qbuild staff were conducting training sessions using a common template that incorporated many contemporary adult learning principles. In addition to having a common lesson structure, this powerpoint presentation included numerous notes as an instructor guide to assist instructors with adding relevant content.

How to conduct a Training Needs Analysis

The techniques and strategies I incorporated into this were heavily leveraged from my military experience as a training development officer for the Australian Army.
