The following is a series of screen grabs from a PowerPoint template I created as a guide for instructors at QBuild (Queensland government). It was used during QBuild's annual induction training for apprentices and tradespeople; however, it was also intended to be adopted by other departments within Qbuild.

The intent of the template was to provide a standardised lesson template that all presenters within Qbuild could use to ensure face-to-face lessons all used the same approach to learning.

I also provided SME notes for each slide so that presenters could understand what sort of content they were required to insert into each slide, as well as an explanation of why they were doing it. This presentation heavily leveraged my experiences and training as a military instructor as well as my post-graduate study into adult learning theories.
