Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I have more than 15 years of training development experience specialising in adult learning & development and instructional design.

My experience comes serving more than eight years in the Australian Army as an instructional designer, training development officer, course manager and literacy instructor. My experience continued after leaving the Army as I have worked with a diverse range of Military, Government and civilian clients and stakeholders, both in Australia and other countries in S.E. Asia.
Key Achievements:

Designed numerous online training modules for various organisations using the full Articulate 360 suite

Led the full training analysis and design of a new training curriculum for CAE Australia Pty Ltd that targeted employees throughout Australia, SE Asia and the Middle East

Provided training support for the government of Brunei's National Disaster Management Centre to help increase the capability of the Brunei government's Multi-purpose Training Centre
​

Designed and developed instructor tools and guide for standardising the face-to-face induction training sessions at QBuild (Queensland Government)

Coordinated widespread online evaluations for all training conducted at the Australian Army's Land Warfare Centre and provided key recommendations to Command-level staff based on the analysis of those evaluations

Earned a Masters of Education from the University of New England, majoring in Adult Education and Training & Development

Achieved the rank of Captain in the Australian Army as a member of the Royal Australian Army Education Corps.
